Steve Niles/Josh Medors
Don't miss out on an all-new adventure from the mind of Steve Niles creator of 30 Day of Night and Criminal Macabre: A Cal McDonald Mystery!
For Mark Haggerty life has become more than a little complicated. He's been fused inside of a robotic Cy-Bot exo-suit, forced to live on a military base, and become the subject of endless tests, all the while trying to figure out how to relate to his wife from inside a hulking metal body. If that weren't enough now he has to defend himself against the unwanted advances of group of superheroes who want to recruit Mark into their ranks... It's enough to give even a robot an ulcer-and judging from the mysterious ache in Mark's metal "stomach" it may just have done that! Steve Niles got his start in the industry when he formed his own publishing company called Arcane Comix, where he published, edited, and adapted several comics and anthologies for Eclipse Comics. His adaptations include works by Clive Barker, Richard Matheson, and Harlan Ellison. He has also worked as a writer for TMP and Image comics, creating the series Fused and contributing to titles such as Spawn: The Dark Ages, Hellspawn, and most recently 9-11: Artists Respond.

This is the third volume in a series collecting the early Conan comic-book stories by Roy Thomas and Barry Windsor-Smith. Originally created in the 1930s, Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian has survived to emerge as one of this century's most powerful and popular characters. Even more impressive than the character's lasting appeal over the past seven decades, is the caliber of talent involved in all of the various Conan incarnations. Of those, there are few that speak as clearly and as uniquely as artist Barry Windsor-Smith. Over the course of these early stories, Windsor-Smith's stunning evolution from comic-book cartoonist to full-fledged artist is apparent and thrilling to behold. This volume collects issues #14, #15, and #17-#21 and features completely remastered color.

As Dark Horse Deluxe develops its Roman Dirge program with stationery, journal and a coaster set, we couldn't resist a lunch box as well. RACHEL WILLIAMS' PENNY DREADFUL JOURNAL
Rachel Williams is half English and half Welsh. She went to art school and majored in painting and is now inspired by the English, old things in general, musty smells mixed with lavender, memories and dreams, Beatrix Potter, Agatha Christie, and Northern Renaissance painting, and last but not least, trees. Penny Dreadful is just another street urchin in Victorian London. Until one day she poses for a famous painter (name witheld) and tells him about her strange dreams. Inspired by them he creates a series of paintings based on Penny and her imagination. He of course becomes more famous, but what becomes of her?

MATRIX STATUE: MORPHEUS
Lawrence Fishburne is Morpheus, shadowy leader of the last vestige of humanity, engaged in a life-or-death struggle with The Matrix and its agents. His mystery and power is captured in exquisite detail, thanks to the participation of the actor himself who posed for the three-dimensional computer scanning. This data was then refined through traditional sculpting and painting to arrive at a superior finished product. Gentle Giant is winning accolades far and wide for their film-related sculptures. This piece, their first full-size statue, further raises the bar for collectors. Approximately 9" high, the finishes, textures and realism mark this statue as one of the year's best. The statue will be packaged in deluxe color packaging, and will be a numbered, limited-edition. Exact edition size has not been finally determined by Gentle Giant as of press time.
On sale March 10, 9" tall, fully painted statue, $85.00
