For many folks this annual changing of the seasons from fall into winter passes quietly, but for me it is my single favorite day of the year. I cannot even begin to convey just how grateful I am to Will Murakami for working until nearly 8 PM every evening to make sure that your orders ship quickly and accurately, to Rich Cartmill for his handling the stress of our accounts payables with such grace and aplomb, and to Will Moulton and Pam, and Josh, and Lisa, and Bill, and Randy, and Reese, and everyone else in inventory for helping to keep our website selections growing, even while we were in the throes of moving. Byron, in our customer service department, deserves special recognition for his unwavering efforts to so kindly help resolve problems for everyone who asked, as do Greg, Mario, and Mike in our N.I.C.E. New comics subscription department. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that everyone at our retail stores also contributed to making this year far more endurable, as did everyone who works at our main warehouse pulling and packing your orders.
