New 50% Off NANETTE2 Codeword Begins Immediately!

Howdy!

Today's newsletter is filled with pretty much all good news. I had been holding off on making the announcement until I was certain that it was really true, but I am delighted to announce that we will be completely caught up with shipping all orders today. Our Vice President of Operations, William Murakami, reported in yesterday's staff meeting that the only orders remaining unfilled as of this afternoon will be those awaiting payment, and a few that need items that we are transferring in from our retail stores. We are now entirely back to our traditional 24-hour turnaround, which makes me very, very happy!

What brings an even bigger smile to my face is the fact that we have now doubled our internal shipping capacity for you. It took our hiring of new staff and cross-training of some of our inventory crew, but we have now developed a flex capability that allows us to ship far more orders in a single day than was ever before possible. If our current robust growth rate continues we may eventually outstrip even this newly expanded capability, but for the time being, we are in great shape!

Since we are now completely current in our shipping, I am now going to offer you another chance to purchase any back issue comic book, magazine, trade paperback, and hardback in our inventory for a full 50% off. My new NANETTE2 codeword is being created specifically to help my wife, Nanette, (who pays all of our company bills...) to clear her mind of any further worry. I had hoped that the revenues from the original NANETTE codeword would allow her to catch up completely with all of our cash needs, but life sometimes conspires against even the best laid plans. As it turned out, my giving Nanette those extra revenues for our 33rd wedding anniversary turned out to be a blessing that could not have been better timed, but it did not mitigate nearly as many pressures for her as I had originally hoped. I do, therefore, need to go back to the 50% off well one more time, in order to create the gift of peace of mind that I originally intended for my beloved life partner.

So you know, this new NANETTE codeword sale will have the same underlying parameters as our last sale, with this 50% off codeword discount applying not only to all of our back issue comics and magazines, but also to all of our trade paperbacks and hardbacks. The only exemptions are new items published within the past 45-60 days. Free shipping is also still available to you to most countries for a ridiculously low $10 minimum order. Our International clients do have to pay the per item shipping fees on books, but those fees do not come close to covering the actual shipping costs, so you are still getting a great deal. The only items where we will still need to charge exact shipping costs are oversize and/or extra heavy items (such as the Marvel Omnibus editions), statues, and supplies. Simply put, this 50% off NANETTE2 sale provides you with an incredible opportunity to shop nearly our entire 8 million comics inventory at half price!

I'll close out today's newsletter by first thanking everyone who supported the first NANETTE codeword sale, and the subsequent THREEWEEKS sale. Thanks to your kindness, I have already been able to help Nanette a great deal. It did cost us the price of letting some of our best comics and books go at half price, but even after taking that factor into account, I still consider our sacrifice to have been well worth the cost. I have, after all, been fortunate in being able to purchase a remarkable number of great comics deals over the past month, with over 5,000 Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze Age, and key Modern Age titles already having been graded from the incredible New York shipment, alone. So, while I do regret already giving away over 100,000 great comics at half price, I have to tell you that life is about more much more than merely acquiring tangibles. While Nanette and I do not have a completely idyllic marriage where all is peaches and cream every day (does such a thing actually exist in real life?), I do love and cherish her very deeply, and genuinely want her to have peace of mind. If that means my needing to sacrifice a few more of my hard-won rare comics at half price for a few days, then so be it. I will, however, be ending the 50% off sale just as soon as we meet our remaining cash goals, so please do get your NANETTE2 order in to us right away.

As always, I sincerely thank you for your support...

Happy Collecting!
