'Nuff said... As my previous paragraph implies, we were flooded with orders over this past weekend. What makes me particularly happy is that those orders were incredibly diverse, with those of you who shopped with us ordering comics from darn near every publisher and title that we offer on our website. The reason that is so pleasing to me is that I have been working very hard over the past couple of months to restock our entire website, first by my purchasing tens of thousands of scarce back issues, and then by hiring extra staff for Pam's inventory team, to sort and grade those comics. The net result for just this past week was that we added over 20,000 (!) more back issues into our website inventory than we sold. Suffice it to say, seeing a significant number of those newly graded comics then sell almost immediately made me very, very happy. In case you are wondering, we have many thousands more comics yet to be graded. Because we had to move our storage warehouse from Fox St. to Jason St. during the entire second half of last year, we accumulated about 600,000 unsorted comics from various deals that I purchased. I have been working a few hours every day on those numerous pallets, and have been rediscovering some amazingly cool back issues. Just Friday afternoon, for example, Will Moulton and I found three full short boxes of hard-to-find variant editions from Marvel, DC, and several important Independent Publishers. Will came in on Saturday to grade and enter those 300 cool comics for you, and as a result, all of them are available to you right now in the New-In-Stock and Premium New-In-Stock links on our website.
