Settling into his post-World War II life, Connor is approached by a former Army commander under which he served. The commander has been moved into the spy world, and he reveals that he knows Connor's secret, having seen him survive serious wounds during the war. Promised that his secret will remain safe, Connor is offered a mission: cross the Berlin Wall and investigate reports of a Soviet super-soldier program. When Connor arrives, he finds himself face-to-face with the Kurgan, who is serving as the muscle for this Soviet program!
