WORLDS FINEST (1941) (#2-323) (DC) (WORLD'S FINEST) #230 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: World's Finest #230
"The Girl That Time Forgot" Story by Bob Haney with art by Curt Swan. Featuring Superman, Jr. and Batman, Jr. Teenage years are the most awkward times of anyone's life; even super-heroes. So when the sons of Batman and Superman find themselves getting in the way of their fathers' crime-fighting, they all decide the best way for them to burn off extra energy is to take a trip to Central America. There the junior heroes encounter a lost civilization, a lonely and lovely young priestess and a murder/revenge plot that threatens all of their lives.

Then, in "The Sorcerer of the Sea," Aquaman falls victim to the voodoo powers of a sea warlock. The magician seems content to impress tourists with his control over the Sea King until modern day pirates seize the chance to get Aquaman out of their hair for good! Artwork is by Ramona Fradon. Finally, in a two-part story, Deadman joins up with the Challengers of the Unknown to free a girl's spirit from the clutches of a vengeful ghost. Denny O'Neil serves up a tale of fright and action with part one art by George Tuska and its conclusion drawn by Neil Adams.
