Local News - $20,000.00 Comics and Toys Auction! Howdy! I am writing to you this afternoon to alert you to a huge comics and toy auction that we will be hosting at our Jason St. Mega-Store on this Saturday morning, beginning at 11:30 AM. This is our largest and most generous auction of the year, with an unprecedented selection of fantastic older comics, all of which will be offered without reserves. Take a look at the photos posted at the end of this newsletter, and I think that you will immediately agree that this will be an exceptionally fun auction! Auction Flyer If for some reason you cannot attend our Saturday auction in person, you can send an e-mail to our inventory manager, Pam Brandle at pamb@milehighcomics.com. Pam has volunteered to keep track of advance bids for us, and to place bids during our auction for absentee buyers. In all instances, Pam will only bid slightly above the highest bid in the room, so you may well end up winning an item at substantially less than your top number. The cutoff for prebids is 10 AM Saturday. If we need to ship you an item, exact shipping will be charged. Wrestling Flyer Finally, New Era Wrestling will be hosting a wonderful Toys For Tots wresting tournament at our Jason St. Mega-Store beginning at 6:30 pm On Saturday evening. They have set up a full size ring in our building, and I promise you that these crazy wrestlers really do perform feats of amazing athleticism!
