50% Off Comics And Book Sale Ends Monday Claremont and Shooter Autographs Available Howdy! Only three news notes for today, but all are very important for you to know. First, our 50% off HALFPRICE codeword sale will be ending on Monday, at noon. The HALFPRICE codeword applies to not only to all eight million of our back issue comics and magazines, but also to our 250,000+ backlist trade paperbacks, hardbacks, and graphic novels listed on our website. Only new comics and books are excluded from the 50% off codeword. Second, we have four (!) Mile High Comics exclusive variant editions releasing this week. The most popular in pre-orders has been our IRON MAN #9 Baby w/Helmet cover. This cover is part of a very clever series in which the baby wears different IRON MAN helmets on each variant cover. The release of this cool variant has been timed by Marvel to exactly coincide with the new IRON MAN movie! You can order this variant from us today for $9.95, and we will ship to you on Wednesday. Each autographed comic then also will come to you with a very nice Mile High Comics certificate of authenticity. As an aside, I highly recommend having both these two very talented creators sign comics from their period of collaboration at Marvel (1979-1987), when Jim Shooter was Editor-In-Chief, and Chris was Marvel's top-selling writer. Receiving both their autographs on a single issue will cost you $4, but I think it so important to have their signatures together on certain comics that I am definitely going to have a stack of my own comics waiting for them to sign...
