60% Off Sale at Jason St. - This Weekend Only Howdy! A very quick newsletter today, as I am helping prepare for our weekend 60% off sale at Jason St. This 60% off sale is limited to this weekend, and only came about after we discovered that a rehabilitation credit that we had received from the state of Colorado on our Jason St. building was not accepted because we missed the requirements by eight weeks. It seems that our realtor erred in telling us that the Jason building had been vacant for three years prior to our purchase. It was actually vacant for 22 months. The requirement for the rehabilitation credit is 24 months. Sigh... In any event, the 60% off sale applies to all of our back issue comics and magazines, including the big collection of Silver Age and Bronze Age comics that I purchased last week. Need I say more? The sale ends on Sunday, at 5 PM, and applies to Jason St, only. In other news, our Mile High Comics variant cover edition of WOLVERINE (2013) #1 is now in stock at all of our stores. The current price is $9.95, but that price will rise to $14.95 next Friday. You can still order our upcoming GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #1, THANOS #1, and IRON MAN #9 variants through any of our retail stores for only $6 each. GUARDIANS ships a week from Wednesday, and Marvel says it will be the beginning of a very important storyline affecting g all of their titles published in 2013, and into 2014.
