Plot Synopsis: Where Monsters Dwell #16 Featuring giant (some might even call them 'silly') monsters as only Jack "The King" Kirby could draw them. Goom, the monster from space, menaced the Earth until his own people came to take him home. But Goom left behind a son, Googam! And, as one unfortunate scientist and his family find out, Googam is every bit his father's boy and soon has designs to rule the world as well. It's up to one young lad to save the planet!

In "He Who Laughs Last, Gets The Horselaugh," a Vaudeville pantomime act turns ugly when jealousy gives way to murder. And Steve Ditko's fantastic artwork is wonderfully highlighted in the short story "I Am Gorak!" Predating his days on Strange Tales, Ditko delves head-first into the mystical world of stage magic. But this show has a surprise ending that even Gorak couldn't have prophesized! Cover art by Gil Kane.
