TOMB OF DARKNESS (1974) #20 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Tomb of Darkness #20
Featuring "And Fear Shall Follow!," an original story written and drawn by Jack "The King" Kirby and inked by John Verpoorten! A brave U-2 pilot is flying a spy mission over Red China when a sudden violent storm downs his supersonic jet behind enemy lines. The twisted wreckage of his aircraft burns in stark contrast to how little the pilot seems hurt. Without a scratch on him, can't believe his luck at being thrown clear of the crash. But his reverie is broken by the looming presence of a stranger who beckons him to come with him. Without his sidearm, the fallen pilot can only run into a nearby village with the relentless stranger always just behind him. Reaching a Buddhist temple, the pilot locks himself in a chamber to elude his pursuer. But then the macabre figure walks through the wall!

Next, thrill to the horror movie revival of the decade. Stuck for ideas for a blockbuster smash, Hollywood producers turn to an old, fright classic named "Skull-Face" for material. To promote their remake, the studio bosses come up with a doozy of a publicity stunt. Buying the skeleton of a wicked man burned at the stake centuries ago, the publicity hungry moviemakers shoot it full of high voltage for several days leading up to the film's premiere and invite reporters to watch. What they didn't count on was the dead man actually coming back to life! Next, the lovely blonde bombshell Venus and her companion witness the creepy power of a man capable of manifesting the ghosts of the dead in "The Kiss of Death!"
