TEEN TITANS (1966) (#1-53) (DC) #46 - Descriptive Bibliography

Plot Synopsis: Teen Titans (1966) #46
"The Fiddler's Concert of Crime!" is written by Bob Rozakis and drawn by Irv Novick and Joe Giella. Cover by Rich Buckler. The Teen Titans find themselves in the middle of real battle of the bands when the Fiddler, one of Earth-2's vilest villains, invades Earth-1 with a new music-based crime caper in mind. As our story begins, one agent pursues two of the world's hottest bands: Peter McCarthy and the Flyers (read Paul McCartney and the Wings) and The Woodworkers (read The Carpenters) for a single concert despite their vastly different styles.

But the Fiddler is in town and is targeting rock concerts for their big box office takes. Speedy and Mal are the first to encounter the Maestro of Malice. But the super-criminal gets away and plans his next move. When next the Titans encounter the Fiddler he's robbing fans of Peter McCarthy and the Flyers and the Woodworkers. But one of those bands has gone missing and surprisingly, the Fiddler's not to blame. Guest-starring the Joker's Daughter (probably the most disturbing-looking heroine passed off as a "babe" by anyone in comic-dom).
